In Functional Fitness, there are 3 core aspects: Strength, skill and conditioning. The aim of this programme is to work on all 3 modalities together, turning you into the perfect hybrid athlete!

PEAK programme

This programme is designed to improve your overall training and fitness with the bias mainly being towards conditioning.
The Peak programme is perfect for an athlete wanting to improve their fitness capacity or to be used in preparation for an upcoming competition.

BUILD programme

Our build programme enables you to improve upon the individual aspects of competitive functional fitness. This programme is designed to help you build strong foundations for when you need to peak for an upcoming competition.

Training duration: 90-120 mins
